This is the place if you are looking for a special weekend, a family vacation, or a get together with couples and friends.   Bring your boat or rent one at one of the nearby marinas. Enjoy boating, skiing, swimming, or fishing in the clear water of the lake.  Once tired of the action on the lake, you can retreat to the cottage where you can relax on the deck.  You can grill out on the deck or cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen and just enjoy the amenities of the furnished cottage.

THE COTTAGE has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.  It sleeps 5 in beds and 6 if the extra wide couch is utilized.

LOCATION on the lake is at the base of Pryor Mountain, which is about 6-7 miles south of Greers Ferry or Higden, Arkansas.  Large concrete boat ramps are easily accessible in the area.  Boats can be tied up at the beach in front of the cottage.  Many other activities are available from this centraly-located, yet beautifully secluded location in the Arkansas Ozarks.
