CHECKOUT TIME IS 10AM UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON IN WRITING.

¨     Place all towels on the washer and dryer in utility room.  Leave the bed linens on beds for maid service.

¨     Wash all cooking utensils in the dishwasher and put them away.

¨     Wipe any spills in refrigerator and clean out all food.

¨     Clean grill thoroughly after cool - cover when dry.

¨     Return all deck furniture to its original position.

¨     Turn off all lights, fans, appliances.

¨     Clean up all trash in the house and place it in larger bags provided, and then place them in the garbage can outside.

¨     Do not leave food or trash on deck or porch at night, so as not to attract animals.  Renter is responsible for cleanup if this happens.

¨     Set thermostat to 80 in summer and 60 in the winter.

¨      If used, make sure fireplace is cleaned and chimney valves closed.

WHEN IN DOUBT - LEAVE HOUSE AS IT WAS FOUND.

Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
