Spring - Fall.
April 1st. to October 31st.
$150/night (2 night minimum).
$975/week (7 nights).
Winter.
November 1st. to March 31st.
$135/night (2 night minimum).
$850/week (7 nights).
Deposit amount of $100 is due 3 days after making of reservation. The remaining 50% of rent, plus Security Deposit is due 30 days before arrival date. Security Deposit is $100. Balance of rental is due on arrival at time of key pickup.
Arkansas State Tax of 9.625% needs to be included.
This is a Dry county, please take into consideration.
This Cottage is in excellent condition and we intend to keep it that way. This is to make sure that you will come back for another stay and again have the same quality condition.
